Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with labels.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In Store

Go to store locator to find your closest Signature Bags store. Take the item to the store along with the order summary and we will refund you at the point.

Exchanges in store are subject to availability.

If you don't have your order summary receipt, we will only refund your purchase onto a gift card .

Shipping/By Mail

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

* Postal returns can take up to 3 days to reach us.

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of the refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/debit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days or depending on your card service issuer policy.
